In a buffalo herd, the most vulnerable members are placed safely in the center, fiercely shielded from the outside world. At Buffalo Moments, we treat your personal story, your struggles, and your financial privacy with that exact same level of fierce protection. True community care requires absolute safety.

1. Complete Payment Discretion

Your financial arrangement with Buffalo Moments is entirely private. Participating network photographers are notified of your booking details through our Wix platform system, but the specific amount you choose to pay—or whether your session is fully subsidized by our supportive waitlist pool—is kept strictly confidential. You will never face awkwardness, judgment, or unequal treatment on the field or in your home. Every client receives the exact same elite professional dedication.

2. Absolute Session Confidentiality

Any personal information, family dynamics, or life history shared during your booking or photoshoot stays entirely between you and your photographer. Our network of creators is bound by a strict ethical code. They will never share your personal details, family struggles, or background stories with outside parties, including other members of the photographer network, without your explicit written consent.

3. Photographic Privacy Controls

Your memories belong to you. Buffalo Moments and our network partners will never use your family lifestyle portraits or sports images for marketing, social media, or website promotional galleries unless you sign a completely separate, voluntary media release form. If you want your photos kept entirely private, they stay private.

4. Secure Data Management
